LUCA RIZZI
Luca Rizzi is 12 years old and lives in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan. He has been riding a motorbike since he was 3 years old and at 6 he started training at the Codogno Circuit. In 2020, at the age of 8, he signed up for the Italian FMI Championship, starting to run at a competitive level. He graduated 2020 Italian Champion in the Junior A category. In 2021 he placed 2nd at the Italian Championship, at the European Championship in Croatia and at the Simoncelli Trophy in the Junior B category. 2022 was the year of records for him, becoming Champion Italian and European Champion in Assen in the Junior C category, as well as winning the Simoncelli Trophy. During these years of competitions, the technical sector of the FMI noticed him and asked him to be part of the PATA TALENTI AZZURRI project. 2023 officially began in February when he did his first training with the Ohvale 160 motorbike with the PATA TALENTI AZZURRI riders. He trained a lot in recent months and participated in the European Championship at the Abruzzo International Circuit, obtaining pole position and 3 victories, becoming the 2023 Ohvale 160 European Champion. In September he added another step by becoming ITALIAN CHAMPION CIV JUNIOR MINI GP ITALY SERIES OHVALE 160. With this victory he earned his place in the MINIGP WORLD SERIES Final in Valencia, where he ranked 11th due to a fall in the last race which was worth double points, but he took home the track record . In 2024 he is participating in the CIV JUNIOR MINIGP ITALY SERIES OHVALE 190 and is currently second in the general classification.
